I think this is quite a good idea…
Printing newspapers as grocery bags.

Though it could’ve been better if the bags were paper bags, rather than plastic ones, so that they could be recycled afterwards…
Newspapers today in their physical form are sometimes a redundant use of paper anyway, as more and more people get their daily news from paperless broadcast and online means.
At least with the “newsbag”, we’d already be optimizing our use of freshly-printed newspapers as a bag to carry our stuff with. And upon their discarding, we can then reuse or recycle them.
(I mention “reuse”, because at least of which I know of in Indonesia, old newspapers are sometimes used again as food wrappers, rather than in the ordinary “recycle” sense of being turned into pulp and used to make paper again.)
