Stumbled upon these funny images on the Internet…
The first pic on the right is from EnglishRussia.com. Of course advocating for gay rights is a serious thing, but the posting’s tagline is just wittily hilarious:
OMOH vs HOMO :))
The incident happened last week, I think, when a group of gay-rights activists holding a demonstration in Moscow were violently cracked down by the police. (I think OMOH is an acronym for some police unit, in Russian/Cyrillic.)
The second pic below, meanwhile, is from a photo session of a supposedly (Russian) “nerd party”. It’s from Tanya Zommer, with EnglishRussia.com (again :p) carrying the pics as well.
Such pics just make you proud of being a geek! :) Coz geeks are cool :p

Foto pertama di samping kanan dari EnglishRussia.com. Memperjuangkan hak-hak kaum gay tentunya perkara yang serius, tapi judul posting-annya lucu banget:

Itu kejadian akhir pekan kemaren kayaknya, pas sekelompok gay yang demo di Moskow menuntut hak2 mereka lebih diperhatikan, ternyata dibubarkan secara paksa oleh polisi. (OMOH kayaknya singkatan sebuah unit polisi, dalam bahasa Rusia / huruf Cyrillic.)
Trus gambar kedua di bawah, dari photo session sebuah “pesta kutu buku” (di Rusia). Itu dari Tanya Zommer, yang di-posting juga sama EnglishRussia.com (lagi2 :p).
Gambar2 yang bikin kita bangga jadi kutu buku gak sih? :) Karena kutu buku = keren :p

you said geeks are cool that’s only because you’re a geek yourself :P btw I still think the oversized glasses and the checkered sweaters would suit you better than the oversized tshirt and gambang pants ala MC Hammer :P
